|| PERSONALITY ||

Hopekit values strength, courage, and loyalty above all else. He desire's to be just like his father, who in his eyes, is a war hero. He often remarks on the monsters and evil otherclanner's who he will slay once he's a warrior. He like's to brag about the battle's he will win, and the war's he will finish. He daydream's about being the best warrior in all of Moonclan's history. When he grow's older, he will lead his friend's on adventures into the wilds of Moonclan's territory, to prove how brave and amazing he is. He is a natural leader, though rather than be tactical like his sister, he depends on his brute strength to get what he want's. He is very kind, however, and has a soft spot for those he are close to. When it come's to getting in trouble, or breaking the rules, Hopekit will gladly take the blame, and suffer any punishments that may be sent his way. Most of the time. As he get's older, he goes through a rebellious stage, and will lash back at authority if he feel's he was in the right. He focuses so much on being better than everyone else, that he can sometimes be considered "greedy," or "vain." He will do anything to get ahead- but will only resort to cheating if he feel's he absolutely HAS to.
Hopekit is very open about his feeling's for other's, but there is only one cat in the whole world who holds his whole heart, and that's his twin sister, Dreamkit. No matter what cruel jokes she plays, or mean things she says to him, he will never think less of her. To him, Dreamkit is the sweetest, kindest, and most adorable little kitten in the world- and he cherishes her. Even though she is only a minute younger, to him, she will always be his baby sister. And as a big brother, he must protect her from the cruel world, and everything in it. He supports her with everything she does, and is endlessly patient with her. While he may lose his patience with his friend's or other family, he will sit quietly and just wait for Dreamkit to calm down, or speak with him. There is no cat in the world who could convince him to think any less of her.
The same goes for his father. The three-legged tom is the bravest, strongest, and most amazing warrior in all the world in Hopekit's eyes. He aspires to be like him one day, maybe even better. He want's to make his father proud of him, by doing everything his father can no longer do. Since Spiceshadow is unable to perform many duties as an elder, Hopekit feel's he can perform them for him, in a way. He hope's to become so great, that Fallenstar will praise him as the best apprentice- then the best warrior. Maybe even one day, the deputy. And after that- Moonclan's leader.

Kithood-
Hopekit was born on December 31st, at 12:59 pm to his parents Puddlestorm and Spiceshadow. His twin sister was born a minute later, making her born officially in the new year. His first few moons were spent playing games with the other kits in Moonclan, as well as pestering his sister, Dreamkit. When he was 4 moons old, his mother Puddlestorm went missing. It was later discovered she was killed by a Lynx in Dawnclan's territory. He mourned the loss, and tried to become closer to his elder father, to make up for his mother's absence. He worries for Dreamkit, who seems to have become withdrawn.
