THIS IS NOT MY WORK!I came across the preview image above in Google image search, but the link in the image led to an empty DeviantArt page. So I edited the preview image to a nice 256x256 and 128x128 .PNG dock icon set so that I could use it. (This does not include the .ico pack that is mentioned in the preview image)
Again, this is in no way my creation, I take no credit for this art, I am merely making this awesome icon available to anyone who wants it. All credit goes to Fixedys, the original creator. (If you are the original creator and wish for me to take this down, message me and I will do so).
EDIT: As per a request, I added the best reflection I could, and still staying within the size needed. I uploaded a new pack here, including all of the variations.

Unfortunately fixedys deleted his account a while back due to depression and because so many people were basically ruining his deviantART life - constantly criticizing him unneccessarily etc.
I really liked his stuff as well, like this icon.

That is unfortunate. Judging by this icon, he was very talented. Thanks for the info. My posting this is kinda going against his wishes but, as I said, I'll remove it upon request.
