Presumably, Ditzy Doo is the purple-maned Derpy that we see returning with the southern birds in the montage near the end of Winter Wrap-Up (at about the 19- minute 46-second mark). Nothing solid there, but it's the best we've got.

As in, solid proof. It wasn't outright stated that that purple-maned Derpy was Ditzy Doo, as opposed to some other pony that was sent to get the southern birds while Ditzy was making her way back.
