how did you do this? with Topaz 3? I think it turned out very nice thats why I am interested to find out how. I havn't had much luck with single HDR.

Hard to remember as I did this a while ago, but on PS I probably used Hue/Saturation and ticked the colorize box and then faded in using layer mask and brush opacity to give the water the topaz color. I'm really glad you like it.
Not all RAW files work for Single RAW HDR. I try to keep the range between -1 & 1 with 0.25 steps. For this one i think i used 0.5 steps. Single raw HDR = more noise so you'd have to do significant noise reduction.
