well, for the color randomness, when you export for web, you can either convert the color space to working SRGB or 'save for web', mine here looks yellowish, but pretty fine, but take note that the color balance for the first differs too much from the rest. Consistency is important.
I think, the crops might be a little tight, although I'm perfectly alright with the idea of face-slicing, which alot of people still find it hard to, given a black border, it seems even tighter, a little hard to breath, which would really affect the overall consumer experience, I would encourage the bars on the edges to be thicker and the ones in between to be much thinner, say 0.5-1point?
Photography wise, I think its great, though I can't say what focal lengths were used due to the extensive crops, but I would say that you've taken notice on using the proper tools for the right subjects. I'm very annoyed whenever I see photographers shooting weddings with a 24-70 throughout.
Last but not least, should this appear in their wedding album, you should really do something about it.
Not to worry, after a few more runs, you should be able to achieve better results.
Cheers my friend!e.deviantart.net/emoticons/a/a… " width="31" height="19" alt="

Nice candid moments caught.I feel that the skin tones are somewhat off. I really like the leftmost picture. It looks reddish from my monitor. My thoughts on this series is that while I notice that you wanted an alternate pics of couple and single photo of the bride and groom, the groom pic on the rightmost does not tight hold the series. The expression is neither of joy or something that the viewer can outrightly understand.
My other nitpick is the cropping of the bride's face in the 3rd pic from left. I think moving the crop over the nose or including the right eye would have been nicer as right now I feel that the crop is to abrupt by the black border covering the right eye.
Hope my 2 cents of critique is meaningful.

thanks mate, i actually agree as well. it's pretty much my first time experimenting on this idea of cropping and doing a 4 piece.
I'm hoping it's not my screen because I think that a lot of my shots here on dA are also a tad off. faded somehow. Could it be that I shoot in adobe rgb that affects it?
I agree as well about the groom. I kept looking at him again and again even after i posted it I'll figure something out. even the cropping of the shot doesn't seem to fit the bride's framing.
Ah the third last one. ok i'll open up the shot and work on it again before re-uploading.
Thanks for the tips bro! I really appreciate it!

I'll be interested in comparing this to the updated version.. I happen to like the black border. Maybe you should post up the edited version as a new deviation so we can look at them both.
