I'm very certain this piece won't be received very well, but it has a huge significance to the traditional Chinese wedding.

When the groom comes to pick the bride up from her house, he has to overcome a few barriers the moment he arrives at her doorstep.

What I thought was significant from this picture, is the truth that there simply is never enough time to get to the bride, the horrible women'Sisters' at the door demanding the groom to do extremely humiliating/challenging/ridiculous/extreme/younameityougotit tasks to get past the first stage at the door.

Of course, there's still the part where he has to 'bribe' the 'Sisters' with cash before entering. It usually goes into the hundreds.

Then there's the final step, which is the bride's room. All hell usually breaks loose there anyway before the groom barges in and saves his damsel in distress.

Anyway, preview over, this one's showing the sisters welcoming the groom with a clock and the schedule telling him how Behind-schedule he is on the wedding day.
