Android 19' An android created by Dr. Gero who has the ability to absorb energy through his palms. He is eventually killed by Vegeta when he turns into a Super Saiyan'

Looks cool, love Android #19, best android villain, love his cool design looking like a china doll/giant chinese Chiaotzu, and love his creepiness/creepy robotic voice, love the pic.
Both Fourth Form Frieza, Android #19, and First Form Cell, the best most creepiest DBZ villains.
