Description
Vinegaroons are arachnids that, while physically resembling scorpions, are not terribly closely related to them. Their telson's are covered in sensory bristles and their front pair of legs have been modified to act as antennae and are not used for locomotion. When threatened they shoot concentrated acetic acid (vinegar, hence the name) from the base of their telsons.
