*sighs* Why did I submit this? ... ...My last picture of Bubbles (no not that swimsuit picture) was quite a failure so I tried again... and again I'm not happy how this came out. Her pigtails don't match and I think her body is crooked. I tried to fix that, but I think I failed miserably.
I think I still can't cross Bubbles from my list.

Ahh, don't worry about it too much.
You might try just sketching out what you envision on paper a few times until you like what you see, then try to use that as a reference when drawing on MS Paint. I do that a lot and it's pretty helpful with problems like the ones you describe here.

That's okay - practice makes perfect. Despite the apparent flaws (the hand holding her face, the pigtails being a bit flat. All other flaws will be appropriately be made know *winks at someone*), it's a great picture of Bubbles.
