It's like ME1 had soldiers and ME2 decided to have super heroes. Despite poking some fun, I actually like the squad's (kinda impractical) individualistic outfits and also the fact that FemShep does not have cleavage going on in her armor.Related content

What bugs me, when you unlock Garrus a new outfit, it still has a big hole in it.

From Ashes DLC, but it's just for cosmetic purposes unfortunately. Only Shepard can change
armor pieces for better power dmg, weapon dmg, and such.

Well as I couldn't afford to buy more games for a while, I tried to stay out of anything that could spoil ME3 for me. But I couln't wait any longer so I bought it last week. I'm glad we can make the team look like actual soldier, even if, like you said, it is purely cosmetic.
And man the endings suck, all of them XD Can't wait for the next DLC ^^

Summer is when the "extended cut DLC" of the ending will come out and it's also free so you won't have to spend money. Basically, the ending(s) that shipped with the original game were incomplete in both mine and a lot of consumer's eyes. So, if you wait until summer you'll get a more complete experience.

ohmygosh. I really can't wait until the next game comes out. i'm getting a little off topic, but i wonder what the dlc will be like. i mean... what if shepard dies? I don't usually play dlc, but still.

ONE WEEK! So excited!! T_T Maaan, I sometimes wonder if Shepard dying is how they'll end the story. But I guess we'll find out. Are you ordering the Collector's Edition? The Day 1 DLC character comes with that. Otherwise, it's $10... only time will tell if one character is worth that much dough. Hopefully, someone will post on if it's worth it or not.

OMFG YESSSSS GGWAH! I try so hard not to read Mass Effect gossip at places like youtube and 4chan. like EVERYBODY thinks they know what's going to happen to shepard. but i'm like so hyped for this game! and yes, the biggest speculation is whether or not shepard is going to die. I think that would be a heroic way to end the game (and a sure-fire way that there wouldn't be a ME4)
lol. it's be funny if ME4 was like, shepard's kid or something. have like, a fucked up drell/human mutant walking around (ect w/ the other races, I'm just a huge Thane fan)
