Thanks for checking this out...the design isn't my own (the character does get a me-makeover by the story's end, though) but it is an interesting one. I found it quite a challenge incorporating the cogs in every single panel, so I started getting creative in ways to hint at it rather than show it.

I could definitely see that bit of detail work causing deadline issues. Still, as a character portrait, that's a nifty bit of work.
