Description
Here's the finished version of Carrie-Anne Moss as Trinity from The Matrix. Pencil drawing and Photoshop colors. Colors took about 3 hours or so. I think I'm getting alittle faster. Need to keep practicing. Anyway, hope you like it. I always welcome your comments and feedback. Thank you for looking.Related content

all I know is that I wish I could do hand drawings that well... that and I can't seem to find the option "Would rather blow up than see this one go" in the vote box

I do agree that the couple of lines around the nose and the ear are a little distracting... but overall it's such a fantastic characature!

I think her chin is too well defined (in the shadow area I think you darkened the second part of the chin too much.)

Um, there are a few minor things that take away from the overall appearance of it. Mostly outlines (especially around the nose and ears) which really don't fit with the rest of the softer feel of the colouring. Also, as I said on the Agent Smith one, the background really takes away from the rest of the image, it seems way too filtered.

I saw this image when it was on the latest deviations section on the main page yesterday and thought to myself 'that image will be a daily top favorite when I come back.' and...I was right! ^^ I really love the way this came out. You're quite talented at caricatures!

I still hate the cheeks... I guess you didn't listen to the popular opinion when you posted your sketch.. That's fine, but it looked like a lot of people would've liked it more if you'd listened to their suggestions..

I really hate to have to say anything bad.. I feel like such a bitch.. but anyway:
LOVE the textures, shading, and colors, you are really good with that. But where you made the top part of the face and head very close to beliveable, what happened to her jaw? I dont know if you were going for a charecature, but ther jawline does look quite cartoonish, where the rest looks very realistic..
Hope I didn't make you mad, like I said I really like the rest..

Only 3 hours for coloring? How do you do this? This is amazing, as was your Agent Smith piece. I really can't believe how good of an artist you are. I hope you get the recognition you deserve for it.
Great work on the reflections on her glasses and the skin tones/shadows as well. The leather jacket came out wonderful too, with the distinct folded look.
