Yeh, I've been posting pony publicly since 2012. I've had hate mail that a) had far more effort put in and b) was far more entertaining than a simple "fucking retard". I've already posted a doodle of Twilight up on my art tumblr (link ) in response, and have a couple other doodles in mind that I'd quite like to make. Plus, I hardly draw pony anymore, but by telling me to stop, he's given me fresh motivation to do some more. So whoever that anon is: Congratulations. You Streisanded yourself.Related content

The quality of the hate-mail is absolutely depressing; so insipid and bland and uninspired. Is this sad, anaemic attempt what passes off as a flame nowadays? Where is the creative invective? The witty ripostes? The sharp wit? The devastating burns?
I understand that some may not be able to attain such high standards (not everyone gets to be an astronaut after all), but this is just taking the piss. I mean, if you're going to flame somebody, do it properly! Take some pride in your work man! Don't they teach anything online nowadays?
We need craftsmanship, not some generic insults thoughtlessly strung together with all the emotional impact of a mail survey. I was hoping for some scathing verbal sparring; a Mohammed Ali of put-downs as it were. Instead all I got was Mohammed to a mountain of mediocrity. For all the entertaining work Tim's done these years, he deserves a better class of hate-mail. Something with feeling, with proper wit and gravitas, not some cookie-cutter milquetoast.
I mean if you're not going to do it properly, you might as well not even bother.

And good review! I think my favourite hate mail I've ever got was from this one obsessive dude who hounded me for months about my Season 4 finale comic, saying I "want all of Twlights friends to die" and that I'm an "alicorn fascist". A load of shit, the lot of it, but it was so funny! Judging by his DA profile, it seems he's moved on from MLP to Zootopia now, but it was good while it lasted. I wish I hadn't deleted his earlier e-mails. I've only got the ones from after I stopped replying now. I kinda want to do a vlog where I just read out some of that stuff, it still makes me laugh sometimes. X)
