Man, it's been a while since the last pony comic, hasn't it? Jeez, 2 months? Man, I really dropped the ball there. 
Given how long ago the season two finale was, I imagine this joke has probably been done before but still, hope you find it funny.

Shining: First one..... smell.
Cadance: S... smell?
Shining trotted to Cadance and began to smell her mane. A soft delighfull fragrence came his nostrils, a perfume sweet enough to turn his mind into oblivion. He then, a smile on his face, trotted to the er, fake Cadance's mane expecting something as exquisite and took a big whiff. A big enough surprise that his eyes widdened! His nostrils burned to the musky smell of mud and insect. He back off of it before trotting back at his starting point in fron of them.
Cadance: Well....?
Shining: Uh....
Cadance: You smelled yourself that she stinks! You've been long enough with me to know that I put perfume each morning.
Shining: Uh.... maybe.... you forgot to put some perfume today? And since I never smelled you without it....
Cadance: Argh! Unbelievable!
Shining: Well.... here comes the last test.
Cadance: Really? What is it supposed to be? Who sings the best? Which is the tallest? Who wear the royal jewels? Who can give love the best?
Shining: Close....
Cadance: Uh... what?
Shining: I am going to find who is the real Cadance... by kissing both of you...
Cadance: WHAT?!?! Are you mad?
Shining: Oh no. Since I know how kiss the real Cadance *big smile* *soft sigh*, I'll be able to identify to real one...
Cadance: If you ever kiss her....
Shining: Ha! The real one is not a jealous filly. So.... I'll begin.... with the one... to the right....
Shining was trotting to face the fake Cadance, a smile on his face. Cadance was fuming and was glaring at him. The stallion stopped in front of this taller filly.
Shining: I.... I don't remember Cadance being this tall...
Cadance: See, mr blind stallion? Do you really need to kiss her now?
Shining: Umm... J...just to be sure...
Cadance was dumbstruck. But when he was about to kiss this faker, she pushed him away. He fell a couple of feet (hooves?) aways.
Cadance: Do you really need to kiss me to see that I'm the real one?
Shining: Ummm.... Cadance?
Cadance: Yes.....Shiiiining?
Cadance: Can I.... kiss you to be sure it's you?
Fake Cadance: He is not very smart, isn't he?
Cadance: *deep sigh* Could you believe he was a nerd back in college?

Mostly a drabble. After reading a couple ofΒ well written fanfics, I found out I would need to study more on english litterature, expressions and grammar to write a proper fic. Writing short stories helps.
But I would not have written it if you didn't made this comic first. You came with the idea and illustrated it. I just wrote a following. I'm glad you liked it, though.

At first, it was supposed to be a shorter story, but then I felt it needed more details. Thus, it resulted in this story. I wrote longer.
