Man, it's been a while since the last pony comic, hasn't it? Jeez, 2 months? Man, I really dropped the ball there. 
Given how long ago the season two finale was, I imagine this joke has probably been done before but still, hope you find it funny.

That really breaks the real Cadance's heart, and Twilight is going to be so mad at this! Surely this will result in Shining make the biggest regret for picking the wrong Cadance.

Twilight is smarter than that as I know, but still, one blast of magic can turn a disguise into her true form. Same case like what TF2 Spy's weakness is after the loss of his disguise when come too close with an enemy.

The joke here is that Chrysalis isn't even disguised. She literally drew Cadence's face on a paper plate and hung it on her horn.

It did always irked me that the others woulnd't to Twilight when she would know the real Cadence more than them. You just met her a few hours ago, Twilight was foalsat by her, I think she'd notice some damn changes in personality.
And then of course, Celestia never apologized. She just brushed off her "I'm so dissapointed in you" with a "Way to trust your instincts THAT'S ANOTHER GOOD FRIENDSHIP LESSON! No need to write me now."
And now I'm just ranting and making it sound like I hate these episodes when I don't xP

Like the time she caused a mass brawl, because she was late with her homework.
