It cannot be added to Wallpaper Engine, but it can be added to Live Wallpaper Master easily. I can do this if you want.

Live Wallpaper Master is for PC. And in my opinion it is a better alternative to wallpaper engine because it has more advanced Editor.

That's sick! Only thing that looks a bit off to me is the foreground because the reflection of the star and the woman are static. Imo a bit of flutter to her dress would make her look more natural. Good job, looks real neat!
