Nice piece.
I like how the placement gives a sense of weight and the background is interesting and sets a old storybook/fantasy mood without being distracting.
The sheep seems to stand out in an awkward way, I think it looks a little over detailed maybe. I think it could be nice if he had an outline that wasn't so dark (like the dragons). That way you would discover him as a punch line after looking at the whole piece instead of right away.
I really enjoy the dragons character, he looks kinda grumpy. However the wing bug me a little. Not sure if it's the color or how he is holding it.
Just to point out most spices that fly (including most dragons) have wings that are composed of all the normal arm bones (humerus, radius, and ulna ) which are shortened and then the fingers are elongated to create the wings.
It would appear your dragon is missing a humerus bone... then again as wings evolved from limbs and dragons have four already... Anyways, just something to think about.
Hope this massive block of text did more harm than good.
