I don't usually like to correct people a lot, but I believe this is a stoat(mustela erminea) and not a least weasel (mustela nivalis).  The fur pattern would tell me that.  I can't see the tail tip, so I can't tell for sure, but I'm almost cetain he's a stoat!(or she)
