The fullview doesn't work for me - the smallview is fine, but try to go to fullview and the picture just goes away.

Ah, I got this too, that's because full view is obsolete. The picture is as big as you see with the small view.

No, it isn't. It's quite a lot bigger in the full view (842 x 595 pixels as opposed to 300 x 212 pixels).

Rebooting is not needed. It's most likely a DA problem. But it might be a good idea to clear the browser cache just in case.
