Please note: My stock does not belong in the public domain. The entire contents of my gallery are subject to full copyright law. I do not give up my rights to my free or purchased stocks. I am simply uploading them for you to use in your art. I DO NOT give permission for my stocks to be distributed anywhere else. Only download my stock if you are a member of DA and intend to use it in your art.

CREDIT

Stock takes a lot of time and resources to provide, when you use my stock for artwork posted on DA, you must either credit me with a link back to my account TinaLouiseUk or preferbly to the page that you downloaded stock from, this helps others find it easier.

When you post your work on other sites (facebook, instagram etc) you must link back to the DA page where the credits are so others can see where the stock comes from.

If you do not know how to link back, please ask

Also a fav is appreciated if you download my stock

FETISH ART - Since everyone has different ideas on what fetish is, please note me on what my models consider to be ok or not.

Child Stock

DO NOT SAVE MY CHILD PHOTO STOCK NEXT TO NUDES OR IN SAME FOLDER NUDES. I WILL BLOCK ANYONE THAT SEEMS SUSPICIOUS. DO NOT FAV UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO USE THEM IN YOUR ART!!

Do not use them in any way that would offend their parents.

All other stock - free and premium

All stock is unrestricted (except model stock) far as art is concerned. This means if my stock is included in your art piece you may do what you like with it. As long as you credit!

Book covers - I give permission for all stock (except model) to be used in your book covers. Credit where possible.

I give permission for you to sell prints that include my stock on DA and off DA (except model stock)

DO NOT upload my stock to any other sites
DO NOT download and sell my stock anywhere!!!
DO NOT hand out purchased stocks to other members!
DO NOT create stock from my stock (except premades)
DO NOT moderate my stock to sell or upload for free either (that includes brushes)
DO NOT use my stock in images containing pornography, animal or child cruelty, racism
(tasteful nudity is fine)
