Really dig the larger webbing on his outfit, nice technique.
Car.. I had thought one of the gargoyles ontop of the Chrysler building... but a lower city scene would look cool as the background!

In some ways this is unanatomical pose. But I heard once like Jim or Stan Lee (correct me if I wrong) said that proportional and anatomical form of Spider-man is borring and have no power. So...
