My second entry for Galder 's contest Third Brigade Art Contest

I have been making masks during the Covid-19 crisis and I was struck by this urge to recreate Octavian's mask found in Galder's painting. fav.me/dcitfke

I was forced, by stores being closed and my late creative need for this, to take a few liberties with the design as I was unable to locate the correct shape mold for the gem. To make up for it, I am displaying it on a wig head with wig to better represent the character. (Yes, I smoothed out the wig head in Procreate, because the styrofoam looked like it had the pox.)

The make is sewn, hand painted, and adorned with a hand made resin gem. I hope you like it.
