Description
The little wing things around the orb reminded me of a lotus flower, so that's kinda what I was going for.The purple glowy things around the orb are supposed to be floating lights (think fireflies).
The floaty things around the 'tendrils' are supposed to be small stone/gems.
I don't really have much in mind in terms of the staff's owner. If I come up with something, I'll write it down. c:
