Every year you went to have a picnic with your 'brothers' or so you would call them. Even though it was cold outside this time of year, you still joined them. They never got along well, seeing that England hated France and Canada and America were brothers who fought a lot. You wanted them to get along this time, because you were getting sick of their constant fighting.

Arthur was always the one driving the car. He feared letting anyone else drive might end badly. Alfred and Matthew brought the food and Francis brought drinks. You loved the picnics you had with them, they would usually fight or get drunk. Which would be funny sometimes either way.

You were waiting for a knock at your door, you sat near the window hoping to see Arthur's car pull up. After a couple of minutes of waiting you saw his car park in front of your house. You grab your bag of things to do and ran out the door, waving to Arthur and getting into the car. Francis was already in the car, he had a rose in his hand.

"For you mon ami~." He said handing you the rose, you blushing slightly and accepted the rose. "Thank you." you said taking a seat. "Let's go pick up Alfred and Matthew, I bet their dying to see you ______." Arthur said smiling but keeping his eyes on the road. "I can't wait to see them too." You said putting your bag aside.

Finally the car had reached Alfred and Matt's house, they were waiting outside. Alfred held the picnic basket in his hand as he walked to the car with Matt. Matthew opened the car door. "Hi _______, how have you been?" Matthew said in a quiet voice, he took a seat next to you. "I'm great." You said smiling, Alfred came in next. "Dude! I wanted to sit next to _______! Move you tree hugger!" Alfred whined, "No you hoser." Matthew whispered.

"Ohonhonhon~ Mon ami, would you like to come sit on my lap? And be away from those two?" Francis said winking at you. "You bloody frog! Stop being a pervert! Leave ______ alone!" Arthur screamed. "Tree hugger!" "Fat ass!" "Frog!" "Eyebrows!" You heard everyone scream. Now you were getting real sick and tired of this fighting...

"Will everyone just quit with the fighting!? I just wanted a peaceful and nice picnic with my 'brothers'! Can't you guys just stop fighting for one day..?" You said putting your head into your hands. The car went silent. "We'll stop fighting for one day ______. Just for you." You heard Arthur say with a sigh. "Yes. Besides I'm too sexy for this fighting." "Sorry _____, I'll stop fighting." "M-me too." You heard them say.

The car then came to a stop, "We are here. We should get up to the hill before sunset." Arthur said getting out of the car. He came over to your side and opened the door. "Thank you." You said getting out, "Anything for you." He said closing the door. Everyone had now gotten out of the car, you started to walk up the big hill.

While walking up the hill Matthew held your hand, you blushed and smiled at him. He smiled back. After a short walk you and everyone had reached the peak of the hill. You looked over the horizon and saw fields and farm houses. The sun was starting to go down and the air got colder. "Well lets set up shall we?" You said looking to Alfred, who had the basket in hand. He took out the small blanket and set in on the ground. Francis unpacked the food and drinks, he handed you a small glass.

He then handed everyone else a glass, accept for Alfred who decided to bring soda. Francis filled the glasses with cherry wine, "Thank you." You said sipping at the wine, it tasted amazing. "You like mon ami? I picked it especially for you~." He said giving you a smile. You set down your glass and stared into the horizon and seeing the sunset. You sat in between Arthur and Alfred. You felt a arm around your should, you look up to see Alfred. He smiled and looked towards the sunset.

The sun was almost fully gone now, you felt the cold wind nip and your skin. You began to shiver, Alfred noticed and took off his jacket. He put it over your shoulders. "Won't you get cold now?" You said giving him a puzzled look. "Nah, I'm used to it." He said putting his arm around you again. The sun was now gone, and the stars began to fill the sky. "Hey, we should watch the stars." You said laying on your back. "Great idea love." Arthur said lying down, "Y-yeah." Matthew said, doing the same. Francis and Alfred lied down as well.

You all huddled closer together, feeling the air getting colder as the night went on. "The stars are so pretty." Matthew whispered, "Almost as beautiful as ______ non?" Francis said staring up at the sky. You felt yourself blush at the compliment, these guys were so nice to you. "You're more beautiful then the moon ______." Arthur said kissing you on the forehead. "The prettiest girl ever." You heard Alfred say, "S-she is more beautiful than anything." Matthew said quietly.

All of these compliments were making you blush madly. They knew just how to make you the happiest girl in the world, with only a few simple words. You soon fell asleep in the arms of Alfred and Arthur, along with Matthew and Francis. This night couldn't get any better.

Later Arthur carried you too the car, everyone was getting pretty sleepy. You woke up in Matthews lap, he was sleeping still. Alfred was sleeping too, his head resting on Matthews shoulder. Francis was still awake in the passenger seat, Arthur looked fully awake though. Arthur then pulled up to your house, the sudden stop then woke up Matthew and Alfred. "Well I guess we can all walk you to your door ______." Arthur said looking back at you.

Everyone got out and followed you to your front porch, you turned around and saw them side by side. A smile plastered on all of their faces. You went to give them each a hug and kiss goodnight.

First you gave Francis and hug and kissed him on the cheek, "Goodnight Francis, thanks for the wine." You said smiling up at him. "Goodnight mon ami. I knew you would like it." He said with a wink and smile. Next you went to Alfred, you gave him a bear hug and kissed his cheek. "Goodnight Alfred. My hero." You said blushing a bit. "No problem _______." He said with a big grin. Next was Arthur. You hugged him and gave him a kiss on the cheek, "Goodnight Arthur, thanks for being a gentleman today." You said hugging him tighter. "No problem love, goodnight." He said with a sweet smile. Last was Matthew. You hugged him and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "G'night Mattie, thank you for today. And try not to beat your brother with a hockey stick okay?" You said with a small chuckle. "Goodnight ______, and I'll try not too." He said in a whisper.

You then went up the steps to your door, but before you opened it you turned around one last time. "Thanks once again for not fighting you guys, I love y'all." You said blushing again. "We love you too." They said in unison, you then waved goodbye and entered your house. You closed the door behind you and then walked over to the window. You could hear and see them fighting again, but you just sighed and laughed. "Jeez they just don't stop do they?" You said yo yourself.

You then walked upstairs and went to bed.
