Meet my beautiful crystal alicorn, Crystal Angel. He is from a new story I'm working on, and his past will slowly be revealed along with his relationship with King Sombra.I actually fell in love with King Sombra during the season premier! He made me fangirl scream. I love how evil he is... And f*** the people who say he's pathetic, he took over a whole kingdom and managed to stay a real threat for the time he was cast away. He also made an entire kingdom disappear, so he's a badass.
Love him! And my little Angel, who's a delicate beauty (the reason Sombra keeps him around)

You know how the fandom disapproves of Alicorns and how they usually are like super special and shit?
I think this qualifies as a minority, your OC. I do genuinely like this character, the art and King Sombra.
Since all you have stated so far is the fact it's an Alicorn, is a very beautiful pony and has a relationship with Sombra, no to mention that he is valued and treasured by him.
It's starting to sound Mary-suish but then again, you have just created this wonderful pony, then obviously you'll start to state the flaws of this character. Which I hope are some good flaws.
But yeah!
I think this has earned a watch and I hope to see this character develop!

Well, this is Angel grown up, I'm starting when he's just a foal in the story, and I left out a lot of his story.
Like, how the two met, Angel's personality (it leaves a lot to be desired), and the King Sombra I imagined for this particular story.
But thank you so much! I really am worried I might make Angel too mary-suish, it's something I totally want to avoid, but I'm hoping with Angel's character development along the way, he'll get further away from that

Hm, Maybe you should try to incorporate that into his history or make some kind of side story stating this. Though it is important to state his personality, to have a base idea of how he interacts with others and such.
No problem! Character Development is a hard thing to do and keeping them balanced is even harder. It's that fine line of the perfect mix of flaws and good things about them that make a character well-balanced.
I hope he won't turn Marysue-ish and develop really way. You could always ask people or contact me for any worries about it.

Well, his story starts when he's only three, so he's still a little kid, really. The story is fairly long, and goes over his and Sombra's history and all that.
