Nestor grew up only weeks after bringing Sharkie back to the Nook. And Sharkie hated it here without her. He hated it even when she still lived here, but it was made at least tolerable with Nestor around. But Now Sharkie was alone. He was so shy. He felt so small. He wasn't comfortable. He wasn't a mean wyngling, he was just so nervous. So helpless. He wanted Nestor back. She brought him here, played with him, introduced him to her friends (though he could barely take it he was so shy and scared of looking like a fool), Nestor had even given him his name when Miss Alma asked what the newest Nook resident would be named.
Nestor had named him Sharkie because she said that when she first found him, his skin was so soft and fresh, and grey, and he reminded her of a shark.
But now Nestor was gone. He felt like she would never come back, even though she had said that she would visit him often.
Sharkie doesn't like it here.
