if you use the @ symbol you can. I think it's a new feature which has been very useful.
She is receiving points because it was commissioned. If it was a free art request, then no, she wouldn't get credit for it, but I figure it's good to reward those who spend points on their characters within this group.

I don't remember her shorts being so short but I like this way more than the normal lenght
