Hello all!
This is the third (and last) teaser of my new project: Altered Reality.
I hope you all enjoyed and liked this little series of pictures.
We are working hard on this project and I personally hope it will be the best comic I ever contributed.
Unfortunately, we can't give you any release date, because real life is hectic and lately we had less and less time to work on it.Β Anyway, I hope that the first chapter will be ready for spring 2015.. in case it won't, I'll put here a few more teasers.

The problem with foot wrinkles is that I still had not found a way to mix 2 textures with different sizes into one without creating a super large and memory hungry texture.
Displacement is an awesome technique, but I would use it only for very close shots, for normal GTS shots, bumpmaps works good as well and consumes less resources.
The foot on this picture is had-morphed and textured with pics taken from a real woman soles.
Don't worry, I know how long and hard is the way to the photorealism.. you need detailed textures, realistic models, sub surface scattering and much more.. all those things are hard whatever software you use.
