I lack any semblance of a Critique feature, so feel prepared to get a vague appraisal of your work here, for better or for worse.
First thing I notice is that Beast Boy doesn't exhibit much of a neck here. I know perspective and/or social mores might prevent it from being seen, but what bothers me is that his head tips forward so squarely like that, especially with the curves of his face. I'll be plain and say the lineart, especially on the right side of his face, is not working for me. It's the jarring transition from plane to plane- on one side he's got a smooth, circular head, on the other it's sprouting absurdly sharp lines. He's just got this uneven head firmly planted on those lost-case-vital-signs straight line shoulders. It's a bit of a problem for me, visually.
Also, I'm no huge expert at anatomy or perspective, but he appears bunched up in himself. I know he's a giant, but that torso and THOSE thighs. He has awkwardly positioned thunderlegs where the perspective kind of fails, if you'll pardon me. Particularly his bulky, massive right leg, which just looks off extending forward.
Most importantly, I urge you to clean up your act with full review and for the love of God, resize. I'm not viewing this on a dinosaur of a computer. I think it's fair to ask for a manageable file size.

I see what you mean with the neck. Originally Beast Boy in the Teen Titans style has a very thin neck and his legs are beefy while being very thin at places. He shape is not realistic. Aside from that you are right, and drawing the body from that perspective with feet visible from a perspective that allows showing a tiny man makes for a challenge to me.
Also the head could have been more realistic, you are right. Well spotted!
If only I were able to see it myself before I finished, it it would have been be great.
