Information: Doe currently has the ability to manipulate the electricity her body gives off. Her body retains a 'charge' like most devices, and once its gone, the light on her chest goes out, she can no longer use electricity, and her helmet no longer works. She can recharge over long periods of time or consume batteries or other equipment with a power source. At the moment she can use electricity when in combat in tandem with her gauntlets for a tazer effect or forgo the extra zap to her punch and increase her speed with the electricity. Both 'fight or flight modes' cannot be used at the same time- with only approximately a 30 minute usage shared between the two.

Background:
A pair of twins was born onto a genius inventor and his charismatic wife, together the four of them made a happy little unit that lived on Zeus. One of the twins was sickly and mute compared to the other. That was Doe. The beginning of her life was spent in hospitals, surrounded more often by doctors and nurses than her own, busy parents. But that was okay. She would recover.

Childhood transitioned into teens, Doe had to find ways to entertain herself outside of coloring books and shows, the internet filled that gap in her life, satisfied the craving for social interaction outside of doctor jargon. It's when she met a peculiar girl, Mawiyah. The two became gaming friends and spent too many hours playing online.

Having a friend in life was a new direction, a new goal to strive for- get better, get a life, meet Mawi in person. While her life was rather mundane, her sister was out starting a budding gamer and streaming career. It lasted for only a few years before she seemed to plunge off the deep end- from commentary on video games to social commentary. From that to joining and becoming the mascot of an anti-government, conspiracy theory group- a wanted criminal across the universe.

This starkly contrasted against what Doe's biggest aspiration in life was- to join the Protectorate and help people and see the universe. Her sister was a stain on the family name, but this pushed her harder.

She began getting out of the hospital more as she began to improve. An uphill battle, she was much further behind the other applicants, a few years were devoted to self improvement. Contact with Mawi faded during this time, but that would be amended as she was accepted into the Protectorate. Mawi was there too.

Being in the academy was an experience for a slightly spoiled and out of touch gremlin. She adapted, she would thrive. She would push herself to the front of the class and restore honor to the Eliana name- it wouldn't be her sister that people thought of when they heard it, it would be the good her family had done for everyone.

Graduation was approaching, her time to shine was on the cusp of being a reality, her stomach was filled with butterflies.

Doe is the typical hot-headed, hardcore gamer, she pours too much of her free time into a 'mind numbing' activity, to the point where it effects her speech in real life. From all the FPS and strategy games she's played, she plans and enacts 'creative' strats used from those in situations in 'RL', from battling to awkward conversations. (Crowd control + block them or avoid them). Major success in her game plans have lead to an inflated ego, her confidence is high- while the helmet is on. Without the helmet, which is her ability to talk and emote, she is reclusive and shy- it is a part of her identity.

She's a spoiled kid from having well off parents and is often selfish and childish, being the 'problem child' in a family of two siblings means you're used to getting attention and getting what you want. She's fine with hoofing it independently, since a lot of her time was spent in hospitals surrounded by unfamiliar faces.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Combat and personality-wise.
+ Overload: Doe's fighting style is to overwhelm the opponent, and thanks to her stamina she can keep up the assault for quite a while. She needs the barrage of attacks to do deal damage since a few punches on their own won't do much.
+ DDOS: Thanks to her speed, she can also keep up a 'distributed denial of service', wherein she can lock down a small area to keep people/things occupied. Crowd control.
+ Quick As Lightning: Those thighs aren't just for squashing watermelons, they're mostly muscle and help keep Doe quick on her feet and help deliver strong kicks.

+/- Hyper focus: Once something has her attention, she cannot take her mind off of it. This can be a bonus when she needs to study or focus on fights, but is a drawback when she gets addicted to games and plays them for 48 hours straight.
+/- Selfish: If it comes down to her or someone else, 90% of the time Doe will pick herself. The fries at the bottom of the bag? Hers. Her or someone else losing an arm? Don't expect her to volunteer. She maintains a strong sense of self preservation.

- Short Fuse: It doesn't take a lot to get Doe riled up, and when she's angry, there is no forethought to any actions.
- Overcharge/Low Battery: The helmet Doe uses runs off the electricity her body can produce. Using her powers until she has none left means she won’t be able to use the helmet properly- no more talking or emoting. And on the contrary, too much power or strong emotions overloads and can shock any friend or foe nearby.
- Error 404, Doe Not Found: Without the helmet, Doe has social anxiety to the extreme. They've come to rely on the helmet so much for giving them a voice that without it they feel naked, embarrassed, and shy. With the helmet on, they feel like they can be whoever they want to be, someone with a voice.

She's up close and personal, and can use her speed to potentially lock down an area to keep multiple, lower skilled opponents busy.

Sometimes silence spoke more than any words or pictures. At least with the latter you had a sample of someones feelings but with the void of silence there was... nothing. You were left guessing, trying to pick apart any semblance of an expression to find something, anything. And it was the very same deafening silence that filled the Wolfe house. It had been like this for years, ever since- well, the incident. As the morning sun filtered into his room past pastel curtains, he knew it was time to get up and once again face his parents. Sluggishly he prepared for another day of nothing, slinking into the kitchen to pour himself a bowl of cereal as he felt the stares of his family sear holes into him.

Stationed at the counter with his back to them, he spooned a mouthful of cereal into his mouth and chewed thoughtfully. Just do it, before it's too late- he berated himself mentally. With a sharp inhale Kunik tried to build up the courage to say something-- anything to shatter this everlasting silence. Turning to face them, lips parting to talk, the screech of chair legs against tiled flooring made him flinch mid-sentence. Before he could even finish the 'good' in 'good morning' his parents had gotten up and left without a word, heading out for work. He let his disappointed gaze flick to his soggy breakfast, blinking away the glossiness in his eyes.

Looked like it was going be another day of just him. Him and the silence.
