It's a bit of a long process, but I'll walk you through it if you'd like to hear.
First, find a gif and save (save, not copy) it into your computer. Next, go to this website [link] . It allows you to spilt a gif into frames for indivial editting. When it's finished loading, paste the first pannel into paint or any other pictice editting software. If you want to place a homestuck's chachter's face into the gif, I suggest you use the "Homestuck according to BLANK" meme templete. It's a clean image, so it's easy to edit, and is not transparent. Remove the head from the body (do this by drawing a line between the head and outfit) and paint the whole background purple (for transpanency resons). Select the head, and paste it onto the first pannel of the gif (make sure the paste opition is on transparent and the right-click color is on the same as the head's background color!). Be sure the gif pannel takes up the intire page and that all of the image is there, or the pannels won't be even. Save it as "1" (making it a png or it'll appear fuzzy). Do the same with each pannel, saving them as 2, 3, etc. When you are done, upload each pannel to [link] ., which converts the pannels into a gif again. For most gifs, the correct speed is 1/10 seconds and for all, the loop is infinte. After is loads, save it and upload it to any website you'd like!
It's may sound complex, but it's accttullyquite simple. The hardest part is having the patince to paste every head on evey pannel. But it's rewarding, and it qurunited alot of reviews!
