This Steam Punk Reporter Tiny Top Hat was made By me and my crew. All our Tiny Top Hats are handmade and unique. They are fashioned with an elastic headband and a removable clip to keep it on your head.
I loooove this hat because we used all parts from an old type writer.

The button on the front? It's a key from a vintage typewriter and it says "Floating Shift"
