Yummm this hat looks so good every time I see it
I've always been fascinated with Decoden so I showed it to my crew and we decided what an awesome thing to put on a hat! I would love to do more cake hats like this one 
I hope you guys love it!! ^___^All our Tiny Top Hats are handmade and unique. They are fashioned with an elastic headband on the bottom, allowing you to wear them on your head.
