I have the feeling that these flowers are mallows, but they look more delicate than the common mallow...See also another kind of little mallow...
Edit: on second thought, after looking at the seeds, these flowers look more like a kind of geranium...

Could be Dove's Foot Cranesbill (Geranium molle) TW. They are all very similar.
