Rafney is famous for her technique of questioning her victims. It isn't clear whether she's doing it for fun or she really wants to extract that precious information.

She likes to conduct her inquisition in her secret warehouse. Which is located downtown, in the basement of her favourite bakery. She's enjoying the fact that her victims are close enough to people but they're unable to hear his moaning from down there.

She enjoys the desperation and the frustrated look on their faces. She thinks it makes them easier to break and easier to cooperate when they can see the outer world is within their reach. If only they were willing to share the pieces of information.

Her victims usually kneel on the floor in front of her. Heavily bound and gagged, the only way they can answer is by blinking their eyes at a yes or no question. Their hands are held behind and their wrists are connected to a pulley on a ceiling.Rafney holds the other end of the rope and she can pull their wrist up to the ceiling, forcing them to lift and make them screams in pain.

According to witnesses who's seen her at work, she kept playing with them just for fun.
