The Console Pokemon
Tech
C-Type Entry: Kontech are small entertainment droids made by multi-billion dollar companies for a variety of different purposes. While they are designed from "older" models of gaming consoles, they use new generation holographic displays and interfaces for maximum fun.
S-Type Entry: Kontech come with a variety of combat features as well, using a stylus to conjure Special Attacks. Many hundreds of thousands of copies have been sold because of their battle capabilities, and ability to increase the happiness level of fellow Pokemon.
M-Type Entry: Kontech are highly emotive, being able to display a plethora of different emotions on their primary screen, having a secure "connection" with their trainer, and having the ability to conserve energy by going into "Sleep Mode".

Oh yeah, funny you should ask!
When I made this, I placed them both into their own separate categories. Tech-Types are more based off of robotics and machines, so their abilities reflect that. While Cyber-Types are more based off of computer programming, coding, and malware, which is what Porygon is. Remember, Porygon's not a robot as much as it is a holographic being made of computer coding, and I assumed that by the time the Pokemon In Space scenario came around, there'd be more Mons of that kind roaming around. Because y'know, advanced technology!

X09182736450X, an abstract spacefaring digital lifeform made of alien code and looking like a bunch of gallifreyan-esque alphabet and alien numbers, it can put or "send" many planets, stars and galaxies to virtual realities, X09182736450X's virtual realities are extremely weird and memetic, it's Galaxy/Cyber.
Quantomeba, a massive alien virtual blob made of "quantum digital flesh", it can imitate many "nonexistent" pokemon and people that never existed for unknown reasons, it's Cyber/Goo.

Scrubbug: Tech/Bug Type
Robotic sweeper pokemon, looks like a mechanical beetle, based on a street sweeper.
Burobu: Tech Type
Prototype models of Larousse's Block Bots, looks exactly the same as Block Bot, except is capable of manufacturing more of itself. Based on Block Bots from Larousse.
Evolves into Orbean upon using "Illegal Modification". Burobu = corruption of Burobo = japanese name for block bot.

Based on a satellite, evolves from Burobu. Uses its curved mirrors to amplify energy from the sun into light-based attacks.

Based on a silverfish. That's basically it.

Based on the alleged "Y2K bug" said to have caused electronic systems to fail if not updated for the year 2000.
