I was actually a bit surprised to find Ash on here. Most poke fans these days seem to hate him. Which is sad because he's mostly just a victim of poor writing, he could be potentially awesome if the people in charge of the anime ever decided to go crazy and make the anime better. Make it a little less childish. I'm not saying they need to start adding blood or anything crazy but they could at the very least make it so Ash doesn't forget everything as soon as he steps foot in a new region.
