I was asked to create a tutorial about how I draw hands, so hopefully this helps a few people out! This isn't a the typical tutorial you see often about how to create the base shape of the hand, but more of some things I've noticed over the years that really help me add detail and keep anatomy looking nice.Feel free to ask questions in the comment section~

Thank you so much for the tips! I've tried the boxes and shapes for hand, but then realize that while I learned some anatomy with that, I don't usually uses boxes to draw hands. Your tutorial helps especially with anatomy and minor details many people (including me) miss when drawing hands that end up affecting how realistic the hand looks.

I seem to have the most trouble with drawing hands from different angles
really need to use refs

Yeah I struggle immensely if I don't use references, especially with different angles! I literally take a picture every single time I draw a hand and it helps so much! I'm glad you found this tutorial helpful, you're welcome!

agh this makes me sound weird hueuhue
but it's because i always forget to put lotion on my hands so they're always dry
and i need to practice hands more........like a lot more ahaha
