I was using Nikon D300s with the 50mm 1.4
The 50mm lens is really good but at 1.4... If ever the subject move...

Just a zoom lens from wide angle to semi tele lens.
It is a good zoom lens but not really stellar. Still. Outdoors, it performs very well
Low light, not really as it is a f3.5 at 16 and 5.6 at 85... Which is a pain

Haha yeah! Know that there's any perfect lens. As photographer, you should know the limitations of your equipment and try to do nice pictures. This is one of the fun things about photography IMO
