Once again a very distinct difference in tone. Is this all down to a good white balance?

the colours are pretty much unshifted in this one (maybe just a little bit), but the appearance had more to do with the light here. the colours at dusk become, how to say that.. more intensive without being more saturated
much less than in visible light photos, but colours change depending on light conditions in IR as well.
the last time I set my WB was a year and a half ago I found what I liked and stick with it. fine tuning with a grey point picker in PS is enough

hmm. I wouldn't say so.. I think it's all - the terrain, perspective and lens distortion making for that effect
