Iago mere moments from dropping “POPPA-IN-LAW” and the little woman off a cliff… YEEEEEEEAAAAAARRRGGGGHHHHH, ker-splat!
And that sick smile of approval on Jafar’s face that tells the whole story… There was no question that they were ready to make a serious power grab, and they would’ve gotten away with it too if it wasn’t for that meddling little street rat!
These represent strong sketches for both the parrot and the perpetrator, with the feathered work being right on point, the serpent staff glimmering in the sunlight (at least I assume), and Jafar grinning with the evillest of malice, in those epic robes and cloak of his. Needless for me to say, it’s easy to enjoy this piece you’ve done here, as you’ve captured both characters wonderfully.
Well done and keep it up.

Love this, the expressions are really good! Looks like they're plotting an evil scheme together.

I love this, what sort of brush do you use to get that chaulky effect?

To be honest, I'm pretty bad at keeping all my brushes properly categorised. Over the years I've downloaded free brush packs and they've melded into the my brush library in Photoshop so I can't remember what came with the program and what I added.
If you're looking for a chalky brush, have a look for some brush packs to download (sorry I don't have any to recommend- bad organisational skills!) if you do a search you should be able to find some. Or, alternatively- just go through the brushes in Photoshop and play around with them until you find the one you like best and add it to your Tool Presets- that's what I did and now I can easily access my favourite brushes. Hope this helps!
