It's not too hard to do on photoshop, just play around a bit and you'll find a style that's right for you!

i'll try my best ... um.. do u think I can achieve the same effect with GIMP? ...and do you use a tablet?

Erm, what's GIMP? And no, I don't use a tablet, just lots of different fonts that I downloaded from [link]
