That's what brought you here. Marvellous, perfect little crystals, scattered by the entrance to the cave.

The children who'd found them told you there were more inside, but they were afraid. Afraid of the dark. Afraid of what might be in there, lurking amongst the glittering mass they could barely see from the entrance.

But they were just children.

So you put your saddlebags on your donkey, and you led him up to the cave. Sure, he balked at the entrance, but what else is new?

And carrying them back to him would be easy enough. It's only a little ways inside.
