In case anyone is curious, this is what it looked like before I worked on it in Photoshop:

As you can see, it wasn't very sharp, and the colors were muted. This is a "fog" issue that is prevalent in V4 of MidJourney and NijiJourney.

I sharpened it in photoshop, then I ran a few filters over parts of the image to make it more vibrant looking - I increased the green on the foliage, and I tried to get the rest of the scene to be more vibrantly colored and rebalanced the color a bit, all in various parts of the image.

It's still not quite perfect (you can only do so much to restore what is lost due to this bug) but I think I greatly improved the contrast between the tree's foliage and the rest of the city, making it stand out more, and made some of the fatures look better (especially the roof of the building in the foreground).
