Quite the contrast to many of his cousins, this adorable little frog hails from the feywild, where he went to school and learned all about mapmaking, charting, and also why it is such a bustling business in a place where the landscape periodically decides to rearrange itself and force everyone to make new maps so you can find the house that was down the street last week. It is a very important job - after all, if that house ends up halfway across the feywild, you're going to need to know where you need to go to get your hedge trimmers back!

After a few years of being paid to do that kind of work, Ropal decided that maybe there was a better way of making a living with his work, and started advertising on the other side, to "primals" as they are often called (or "morties" according to some of the fairies - but you aren't supposed to call them that!), offering them maps TO the feywild. Sure, such routes are ever-changing - but that just means that there's a constant stream of business for him, and with his knowledge of the other side of things (and clearly dated maps and no refunds) he clearly is going to make all the gold!

As for the armor... well, everyone knows the prime is dangerous! They have bears there! Ones that don't even talk!

I'm sure this plan can only go well.
