This is the second scene I asked Ayhelenk to draw for me as part of her 2 for 1 promo in February. This is one of Tori's medical dreams. With her spending so much time in the hospital due to her Hydrocephalus, she's developed medical anxiety at her young age of 10 years old. Having a brain injury that also caused Hemiplegia cp, & visual cortex damage can be difficult for anyone, but it's extra difficult for a child. Living with a brain injury that caused a serious brain condition can be taxing on her mental wellbeing.

It's interesting that in her dream Jo & Kari are there. Jo doing the procedure and Kari there to comfort her. I think it's her mind's way of making the dream less scary with people that she literally trusts with her life.
