Perhaps the Spinosaurus would swim with the sail above the water while hunting, and then when it catches its prey it would flip on its back and begin eating its prey like an otter.

I literally just did a science fair project about the directional stability of the sail of spinosaurus (or in other words, if it could work like a boat keel). From what my data showed, your art isn't that speculative

You kow, if you gave it a trunk or some kind of fleshy nostril ending at the lower jaw, it could actually hunt for fish like this
