Alright! I've rolled up my tongue from the floor and here comes that reveiw you wanted. ... I love it.
Arrowette seems to be very serious and suspicious looking, as if thinking she is on to some big case or easedropping on some bad guy's talking.
Meanwhile, Red X is hiding (hanging?) around the corner about to put bunny-ears on her and then take a picture with a disposable camera.
That about sums up how they'd appear together on first impression perfectly and I'm really impressed at the charactorization.
Art-wise... Well, I'm no artist so I can't praise you for much more then coloring in the lines. Which, by the way, I'm kinda hornored that you actually fully colored this piece, I know you don't always color.
As a sidenote: I noticed your signature in Red X's cape? From first-glance it looks like the kind of tag a dry-cleaner or a department store would put in something, so it looks like X either stole the cape or just had it dry cleaned. Either way, it actually makes me snicker.

Ha ha about the cape thing? ^^ it is awful....but that's what you get using charcoal...(which I used because of the great expanse of X's cape....and I didn't even fully colored it) so that's why I decided to MINIMIZED my shading area by adding my tag there...
