The pose is a nice one, there are some areas that need to be worked on. The character's left arm could be structured better, as it is not in relation with the perspective of the left side. And I think the torso/stomach area could show a shift to make the pose more dynamic.

Sure, but the problem is I can't really quite make out the arms in the original pic...so I just sorta "make things out" and ended up hiding most of it....-_-

The more you do, the more you can play around with the idea before putting it down on paper with authority.
