Thankfully, with the help of a reborn Mothra, Godzilla put aside his differences with Kong and he travelled with him to the Hollow Earth to stop Skar King, Shimo, and the Great Ape army from attacking the surface world. After a great battle, Godzilla and Kong followed Skar and Shimo to Rio De Janerio, where Godzilla helped free Shimo, and kill Skar King, saving the world once again, and travelling back to Rome to rest. As he continues to preserve the balance of the Earth.
